Coffee is the same ph as your skin, so it does not dry or damage the skin, it can actually help keep it moisturized because of this. The caffeine in coffee stimulates blood flow thereby aiding in collagen production (which is responsible for the smooth plump skin of our youth). The increase in blood flow and constriction of blood vessels also decreases the appearance of dark under eye circles. It is also high in antioxidants that help reverse UV damage caused by the sun. Coffee is also high in Niacin which helps your skin fight off skin cancer!  Caffeine draws water out of fat cells which reduces the appearance of cellulite.
