What Is It? 

This 2-day cleanse is meant to jump start you in your fitness, break a plateau, or decrease cravings and start clean eating.

The Plan

3 Shakeology shakes each day

2 cups of green tea each day

AT LEAST 2 pieces of fruit each day

1 salad for dinner with grilled, baked, or steamed protein

2-Day Breakdown

Wakeup: 1 cup of green tea

Breakfast: Shakeology with water (or coconut water) & ice, 1 cup of green tea

Snack: fruit

Lunch: Shakeology with water (or coconut water) & ice, 1 cup of green tea

Snack: Shakeology with water (or coconut water) & ice

Dinner: Salad with 1-2 cups of mixed salad greens of your choice, 3 cups of additional vegetables, 4 oz of protein (e.g. steamed chicken, baked tempeh, baked tilapia), 1 TBSP of oil (preferably olive oil or avocado oil), and vinegar of your choice (I like balsamic or apple cider).  * If you are hungry throughout the day, you can have an unlimited amount of fruits and vegetables!
