I became a Lifestyle & Fitness Coach after spending 9 years in the military helping Soldiers who served under me establish healthy life habits.  I am passionate about helping people establish a healthy relationship with food and exercise. I believe that establishing this healthy relationship is the foundation for living a happy and healthy life.   I am passionate about helping others achieve their heath and fitness goals by sharing my knowledge and results. I believe that true wellness consists of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
