Book a session with me for lifestyle & nutritional coaching. Choose from the following:
- 30 min Discovery Session * Book this for your first ever session with me!
- Talk to me about your health, fitness, & wellness goals & struggles so that I may help you come up with a plan to help you meet those goals.
- 60 min Coaching Session
- Book to go over your personalized plan to help you achieve your health, fitness, & wellness goals. This may include meal plans, shopping lists, workout suggestions, & personalized healthy living tips.
- 15 min Accountability & Adjustment Session
- Book to go over your progress and discuss any challenges you're having as well as adjustments that should be made based on your challenges and/or progress.
